How does this work:
Place an order by filling out and faxing the rental agreement to us. A valid credit card is required for payment.
You will receive the equipment on or before the day of your rental period in a reusable wooden crate on a pallet.
To send the items back simply attach the enclosed Return Shipping Label to the box. Call us when items are ready for pick up and we will send the FedEx truck for pick up.
Things to know before ordering:
The equipment is heavy and will be delivered on a pallet via Motor Freight.
The shipping charges cover delivery as well as return shipping (round trip).
The Rental Fee will be charged to your credit card at the time the order is placed. Only 50% of the Rental Fee is refundable if the order is cancelled before items have shipped.
The customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment due to overloading or misusage as well as for any missing parts. The customer is charged for the repair of any damage or for the replacement cost.
The rental period cannot be extended after the items have shipped. Please be aware of the late charges.
Orders may be changed prior to shipping (to an equal or higher rental charge) for a fee of $150. Subject to equipment availability.
Rental period begins when you receive items and ends when you ship items back. You are not charged for the time the equipment is in transit.
Equipment is rented in packaged sets only.
Individual items in packaged sets are not available for individual rental.
